  Thanks, there are total 3 from Sgforum and 2 make it to the 2nd interview. Sorry to the 1 that did not make it , its not that you are no good and infact you are too good. Reason is we needed someone that new knew a little of IT so that he will at least stay for 2 to 3 years for learning. For those experiance guy will find this job boring and soon will use my company as a steping stone to find a better job or higher pay.
  
  thats why in the earlier thread I worte "those who think they don't deserve 2K - 2.2K will like this job.
  Reason for posting here because I find that guys here should be able to get along with the IT chief in my company.
  
  Anyway Thanks, although i know shouldn't post it in BAR, but really good response and very successful this time. Will post again if any.
