  by right, if someone wants to get ur particular, they will have to submit ur ip to ur isp to get it. and not just any tom dick and harry can do that, only authorised personnel like the police can do it. and that process would chao chao take 1 day, if u receive it instantly, prolly is a ad. even RIAA got trouble getting user's particular with a certain isp.

  hmmm, i also encountered this problem before. i can confirm that this is just an advertising of history-cleaner software that persuades you in an exaggerated manner to use their softwares.
  one of them is called 'evidence eliminator', which is mostly being advertised mostly on porn websites .

  in conclusion, no need to worry about the police case, that is just an unprofessional type of advertising to create fear on the surferz
