last time got but cut it down alot already, coz after DIY, you'll find yourself feeling weak... cannot give the best when go sports!!

Some competitive sportsmen cut down on DIY or Sex. Supposedly it will bring down the level of "aggression" and decrease sports performance.

hmmm...before having gf, got mast a bit since secondary...
after knew my gf, she helped me though, then long long time nv liao.. because got the real thing...heee
But once in a while, maybe at some quiet places where we help one another....of course, with gf a few yrs liao.
But more mast, then can cum slower, last longer on bed,and make gf happy.
