  A girl or a guy would be a virgin until they had vaginal intercourse. So, by "definition" the girl, in your scenario, is still a virgin.

  there are 2 concepts to this, scientifically a gal is considered not a virgin when her hymen is torn, but spiritually, a gal is considered not a virgin after she has sexual intercourse even if her hymen didn't tear. so if u tore ur hymen through fingering, scientifically u are no longer a virgin

  My gf tore it when she had a bad fall last time. So it is possible to break it during sporting activities.
