  Estates being built on previously cemeteries are quite different from living next to a cemetry.
  
  From wat i noe, if a cemetry is gonna be used to build estates, rituals will be done to appease the souls. At least in this way, the souls wld not feel offended or invaded.
  
  Living next to a cemetry has it pros and cons. Like some of the replies given, air is definitely fresher and the surroundings is more quiet. But then again, the souls, you dunno who they are, and somemore for me, deep inside me, i think they wouldn't like a mortal being, living so close to them.
