  depends on wat u eat......whether u smoke......and how often u release stock.......

  abt 2-3 times a week to relase at least.

  last time i seldom mast, cos got regular partner. but lately dun haf so mast then got take good notice of my own sperm.

  purple wont lar. but it get pinkish once. but that was actually blood, cos that time f*ck 9 times in 6 hours together with this gal.
