if you are thinking of marketing and going into this condom business, try a different approach.
do not brand your product as an item for safe sex. make it fun. try marketing it as a balloon so that for those who need some for birthday parties, they can buy your 'condoms' too! You will need to look into some advance latex and rubber based material to replace that lubricated sheathe coz it may be a little wet when someone is going to 'blow' into it to make it a 'balloon'.
believe me, condoms make nice looking ballons when inflated!
