  nice toned body would be good. not too extreme as those bodybuilders though

  Think is quite hard to look as unnaturally big and rip without steroids. Eat naturally and train properly will get those tone and not excessively big body. That should help to get the girls when combined with other good points especially when combined with vit "M"?

  I can do 15 pull ups, stronger than the average local guy. But I am not that tall, I can't do 2.4 run. But I look fit hehe. DOes looking fit count? I don't think so because I have not had a snifff from a girl here. So muscles and stuff do not count

  This reminds me of a time I went to gym. There's this not bad looking guy with all the muscles trained on his upper torso and arms but he NEVER train his legs at all. It look like 2 bamboo stick supporting the body of King Kong. Yes, he'll look nice with clothes on his body but I'm really curious to know what the woman will think of when he takes them all off......

  seems like there a a few knowledgeable fellow members who know more about bodybuilding other then curls. i tell u if every time u go gym to curl, ur arms will maybe if u have gd luck become toned but not bigger. the way to get big is to have a solid diet. by this i dont mean starving cause thats what most pple think when they here "diet". by diet i mean eat six meals a day spreading the macronutrients tru each meal.second is heavy training. being able to do 15 pullups does not make u strong imo. if u can do 15 pullups with 50-70 kg dumbells attached to ur dip belt then i say u strong. u also need proper rest to let ur muscles recover and grow. theres too much things about bodybuilding to say one by one so i'm gonna stop here.
