Controlling your temptation?

I guess it's normal for guys (girls too?) to have that kind of urges. To look at zao gengs, to fantasize, to surf porn, things like that.
But have you ever made an attempt to control that temptation before? Things like, notice a zao geng incident but look away promptly or trying not to masturbate?
Girls, if u know a guy who do that, will you think he's just being silly or do you think it's something respectable?

If a guy looks away, it's a normal reaction I would say. No comment to be made if he does so. However, if the guy carry on staring, he's a pervert! -
