part2 of serious questions about the penis... please help!

  hi all the guys and gals out there if anyone know the answers to my questions please help thanks...
  
  1) When i watch porn after i erected and got quite high my penis will have some sticky liquid soming out ...its not sperm (i do masturbate so i know its not sperm). And also when i do heavy petting with my gf after quite some time the sticky stuff will come out.
  Am i normal ? please help i am worried.... this had been worrying me since i know how to mastubate...
  
  2) Am i suppose to roll down my fore skin b4 inserting it into the vagina ? What if i am using a comdom do i have to roll down the skin and put on the condom b4 having sex ?
  
  i am quite worried so any of the nice ppl out there that could help me please reply
