Not every family in Singapore can afford to send their children overseas to study. Are you saying that every average person can afford to be educated overseas? Overseas education is an elite sport. Not singaporean I knew over here had to work to support their living expenses.

simply put people have different skin colour due to ultraviolet radiation,environmental and genetic factors.this leads to ppl having the same or similar skin colour in different regions of the world.You then have these people forming tribes,then cultures,then nations then civilizations or something similar.anyway,all this leads to minor genetic differences among the various human strains,who are adapted to the optimal standards required by their environment.
this evolution and adaptation takes place over many millenia,and can occur through a beneficial mutation as well that is passed down.Every generation born is slightly more adapted to their environment than their predescessors.
you think that malays are native to South East Asia?for your info,they are really southern chinese who came down and mixed with the native melanesians and polynesians(think pacific islanders).u still find melanesians and polynesians in indonesia.this happened long ago,before the first fucking emperor,think way before the Chinks became an empire.they are also a mix of indians who came here and mixed with them as well.Voila,after many generations and centuries,you get Mat Rocker version 6.7,who is a mix of chinese,indian and mostly melanesian ancestry at his roots.
anyways,I think intermarriage among the different groups is good as it breeds diversity and strength within the human genome.Say you have a virus affecting only chinese.you mix in an indian or malay or 2 and you get a resistant strain hybrid within generations.
want to have descendants who dun want sunburn,save on the sunscreen,then get in the sack with an indian,pakistani or african.hey presto,9 months later the organic production line churns out a child whose darker and more suited to the tropics.
for climates.Generally,you get short to medium ppl in the tropics with dark skin who can shed heat and resist it.in cold countries,you get big hairy guys with pale skin,due to less sunlight and a need to retian heat in the body.Think russia.
anyway u get the idea.we adapt to suit environmental conditions and to maximise our human frames to an environment.this talk of separate races is in fact true ad applies genetically but they are suited to particular conditions.However,who gives a rats ass!racism is just some people scared of another fellas culture and skin colour.
