  send her for blood test...will take a few days...

  It takes three months to detect HIV using the antibody test . But if you do have sex with her without a condom , I suggest you take PEP ( post exposure pro. ) within 72 hours . so if you really so keen on having sex with her , like you said imprisoned her for three months then take the HIV antibody test if negative , she is all yours . But she gonna charged you for wrongful confinement or if she is forced,then it's kidnap .

  ever happened to me n i did it once. 2 mths back happened again with a drunk lady but did not do it this time.
  
  the first one was a decent lady, n married, dont know y we did it. the second one i didnt know much about her so too much to worried so i quit.
  
  high chances she may be infected or may end up in jail.
