If a women performs oral sex on a man, if even its done with constent, the man will be dealt with the Law, its against the law.
Then wat if the case is turn around? the man performs oral sex on the women, the woman breaks the Law instead? and the man goes scot free ? -

from wat my lectuer tells me.. if oral sex is done as a prelude to sex.. then its ok .. so whether is done by the guy to the lady or the lady to the guy as long as its a prelude its ok.. but if it is to subsitude sex it's an offence.. guy to guy is an offence.. s377 chap 224 penal code

oral sex as prelude to sex (i.e. foreplay) then is ok. subsequently after oral then got sex is ok. This is the law now. but, then, he got an unusually heavy punishment becoz it was somehow decided that he is to be made an "example", a "deterrent" (or whatever you'll like to call it).
it's the way the singapore judiciary system has been working, and will be working for yrs to come ....... another example is the case where one of the clients punched a lawyer right inside a courtroom.
appeal and get double the previous penalty, if your appeal doesn't succeed in reversing the previous judgement -

what i tryin to say is that the law isn't fair, since it is consented oral sex, it takes both parties to be involved in the act, so why shld jus the man be punished? what abt the girl ? -
