  if your loneliness is a consequence of excessive spare time, why not consider voluntary work? you'll have the company of the needy and you get to help them while burning your spare time. end of the day, you'll feel happy! it's always the case, doing something good is self-fulfilling.

  Go gym lah. Healthy leh. If scared expensive, go to CC gym lah. $2.50 only, O.T.O.T. The one at bt gombak not bad wat, I go there every friday for training.
