I was thinking... if this is for real, shouldn't you be complaining this to your parents instead of us? Shouldn't you be reporting to the police or seek a councilor for advice? This suddenly doesn't makes sense.

Try telling your parents first and let them deal with it. After all, it's family. It takes a very big decision to do that and if parents can't solve, then find another alternatives.
