  Depending on whether u are talking about a pre-op or a post-op. A pre-op will have that bulge as they haven't go for the snip. If she's a post-op, then u would have to scrutinize further. Watch out for broad shoulders, musculine frame, Adam's apple, etc.

  hmmm havent thought of that .... perhaps they have some technique of taking tissue from parts of the stomach to form a penis, but I am told the penis is not fully functional
