Ask the local pharmacies for any prescription or any serum to do it.

There is this hair removal medication called
Imaac, found at Guardian stores..etc.
costs around $16 i think... lasts for many applications..
Its a white tube, basically you just apply it over the affected areas
for 5 minutes, before washing it off, the hairs will fall off
because they have been bleached thin by the peroxide content.
