Sure, you said that you gave your ex chances to accept you back, three as you said, but the person at fault here isn't her, it's you. It should be you patiently waiting for her to give you the chance to be together again, or at least you try to prove to her you are seriously sorry for what you have done. That is IF you are serious about getting her back as a gf.
The way you try to mend the rifts in your relationship suggest no interest from you in getting back together whatsoever.
