why do some guys stare..

but kinda rude and degrading to a girl.. we are not made up of our boobs. guys shouldn't do this when they tok to gals.. they can peep secretly but not publicly.. i mean, what would they response if girls tok and stare at their **** instead of their faces?
had a situation b4.. at the beach. me and my friend were suntanning in bikinis.. then there's a group of guys who came over to make friends.. as what they claim. when we talked to them.. their eyes were not on our faces but on the chests. somemore that day my friend and me wore quite tiny bikinis.. feel like slapping them. then i told them ''hello? my face is here. not below..'' he very malu sia.. lolx. -
no doubt it's kind of rude for some guys to STARE @ the boobs of ladies while tokin to them. i agree.
but in ur case, i believe they must have a very good reason for thier eyes to misbehave. but then again, why wear a small bikini? so it's our fault la? we didn't put a notice which says ''look at our boobs pls''. it's onli respect to make eye contact with us instead of our boobs right? for the smaller bikinis.. we didn't purposely wear that also mah.. just that our chests became bigger.. so it seems very tiny.

bikinis are fine. but it was mentioned that they/she wore a smaller bikinis... my questions is, does boobs expand under heat?
jus to clear the air abit, i'm like some of the guys out there, i do sneek a peep at the chest gals from time to time but not to the extend of staring at their boobies while havin a conversation.
as for suntanning, of course ladies out there have the CHOICE to wear those one-piece swimming costume or even less revealing tops and bottoms. afraid of not getting a good tan? hey the only way to get a good tan is to take it all off and bask under the sun.
but of course, it's still illeagl to do so here in the sunny island of singapore.
as for sunbathing in diving suits, i would suggest not. weather's a bit hotter these days, u might get heat stroke. but if u insist, well. do drink more water then.
