Is downblouse considered zao geng today?

  Nowadays gals wearing so little,many even purposely show their bra straps or some wear neckline until so low that you can see their drains without them bending down and you get the "half ball" effect.
  
  So do the terms downblouse and zao geng go hand in hand today? Maybe not...
  
  Maybe 10 years ago,it can be considered so.
