But when there is true love, lust will come eventually

there's no reason not to have a healthy sex life with the one you love. unless ur sex life extends beyond just her, and both parties are agreeable with watever activites you both partake in.

If she is also ok with whatever activities you are undertaking. Just go ahead with whatever you are doing...
I disagree that your relationship is based on lust and not love. When you want to "touch" a person that doesn't mean you do not love that person.
Just make sure take the necessary precautions (condoms).
