Interviews: Femme naked underneath

How many occasions has anyone seen femmes don't wear their bra or panties during an interview sessions?
I have seen in the last several times I went to do an job interview for potential staffs, that several femmes tend not to wear either or both.. It was for a MNC companies job placements recently. -
wow...so good to be a interviewer!!!!
btw does it influence yr decision to hire them??
