Wei, if you want to hurt your health or get cancer, go ahead and wear underwear and bra while sleeping.
Men should NOT wear underwear all the time. Especially tight underwear. Doing so will spoil your sperm production and hurt your sex organs as well. Bad blood circulation. So at least try not to wear underwear when sleeping. (I don't wear underwear at home).
The same applies to women. But for women it is a bit difficult not to wear underwear, because of the white liquid substance that come out of the "hole" evey now and then. Then try wearing loose underwear when sleeping. And don't wear tight bras, and don't wear bras at all when sleeping. Otherwise will cause cancer.
Use of Anti-perspirant (to prevent sweat from coming out), especially those applied to armpits (women like using this), increases the chance of getting cancer. It prevents proper excretion of unwanted elements from your skin. So the unwanted elements will stay and accumulate under your skin. That's why a lot of cases of breast cancer happen at the area near to the armpit.
