  I think for me it has to be sincerity and helpfulness. Hmm...I did one subject assignment with this one gal during university time. She was so helpful and sincere to me as a project mate, that I really really touched by her. She is not pretty or average by any standard, but she really did left a lasting impression in my heart that I still reserved a parking lot for her in my heart until now.
