I also play G-string. I like to plug and strum them.
They are found on my guitar. The G-string is the third string on the guitar. It is below the D-string and above the B-string.
Mine is a classical guitar so the G-string is made of nylon (like the fishing line). Some quitars (notably electric guitars) has metal G-string. Any girls wanna try my G-strings? -

I personally swear by thongs but since they have them for both sexes I prefer to stick to those meant for guys & leave those for ladies to the ladies.
