I think you are a Malaysian...helping your own people.Originally posted by zhaozhilong:I don't really believe in the charges made by the Indon maid.
When I first heard about the housewife being charged, the first impression I had was that the maid was lying. Now evidence are beginning to surface that the maid has a history of mental disorder that she deliberately hurts herself. Wait and see how the whole court saga unfolds.
And now this 62 year old uncle raping a 19 year old maid? I don't know the facts. But if I have to put a bet, I'll bet that the maid is lying.
You can say that I'm racist and all. But if you are living in Malaysia and have all the relatives with maid problems, you know who you should trust. But of course we should have a fair trial first.

Quite possible if a 62yrs old raped a 19yrs old maid...and not the other way round.
But I also believe that the 62yrs old MD can win this court case...not purely based on his innocent. But rather based on his money and his contacts. If you are Malaysian, then you should know what I'm talking about.
Btw, I have relatives in Malaysia. I would choose the Indon maid over the 62yrs old.
Fair trial in Malaysia? Let's see when Anwar will be released.![]()
most guys his age have neither strength nor urge to rape younger womenOriginally posted by weird70s:MD charged with two counts of raping teenage maid

PETALING JAYA: Prominent IT businessman and former chairman of the Association of the Computer and Multimedia Industry of Malaysia (Pikom) Tan Chin Eng has been charged with two counts of raping his 19-year-old Indonesian maid.
The 62-year-old managing director of anti-virus company Extol Corp (M) Sdn Bhd pleaded not guilty before Sessions judge Nurmala Salim.
According to the charge sheet, Tan was arrested on April 26.
He is alleged to have raped the teenager at his house in Jalan 17/33 here between 5.30am and 6am on March 12 and between 5.15am and 6am on April 21.
CLAIMING TRIAL: Tan being escorted by police outside the Petaling Jaya courthouse yesterday.
The court granted Tan RM20,000 bail. His cancer-stricken wife, who was accompanied by their two sons, posted bail at noon.
As a condition for bail, Tan has to surrender his passport to the court, report himself to the police headquarters here once a month and keep away from the maid.
The case came just weeks after a housewife was charged in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court with four counts of causing grievous hurt to her 19-year-old maid. The housewife was twice denied bail.
DPP Ariff Azami Hussein said Tan was granted bail by the court because of ill-health.
“He is 62 years old and his lawyer told the court that he has a blood clot in the brain which affected his vision.
“Furthermore, the maid is now under the shelter of WAO (Women's Aid Organisation),'' he said when asked by reporters. WAO is the complainant in the case.
Ariff Azami said he had earlier asked the court to impose a RM30,000 bail due to the seriousness of the offence.
He had also proposed for an early trial date.
Yesterday's proceedings before Judge Nurmala was heard in her chambers.
Ariff Azami said the charges were read to Tan at 9.15am and this was followed by arguments on bail application.
Outside the court, defence counsel Ng Aik Guan said the chambers was declared as open court.
He said the judge had two other cases in chambers yesterday and she chose to hear Tan's case there out of convenience.
The court fixed July 27 for the maid to testify, after which she would be deported home.
Other witnesses will be testifying on Oct 25 and 26
