  Have you watch the Channel 8 10p.m. Euro 2004 Special Report? The newscaster is quite chio right? To me she is those kind of cheerful and bubbly kind of gal from her actions and the way she speaks. If I am not wrong, her name is Liang Ying. Seems to me like a PRC national, from her fluency in chinese.

  Managed to catch her on the news yesterday for the 1st time....shes' the most chio sports newscaster in Singapore
