  Ok... Here comes the birth control lesson... ha...
  
  Natural or rhythm method: Tis method quite dangerous lor...
  People jus avoid sex durin the fertile period. To count leh is lik tis la... The 1st day of menstruration considered day 1... usually from day 1 to 5 lor... The so called fertile period is from day 11 -14... (+/-) lor... Fertile period is when ovluation is most likely to tak place. Then of coz also mus pull out before ejaculation lor...
  
  The IUD ah, mus only be done by doc... In polyclinic so can do lor... Is insert one thin thin metal tube inside the vagina lor... so can prevent pregnancy lor... can be inside for up to 2yrs or more if i not wrong la. but then got a thread comin out lor... they say no feelin of the thread la... but mus always check see the thread still inside not. if not, need go see doc lor. N want insert tis, mus durin menstruation tat time than can lor.
  
  Got female condoms so... called diaphragm ah... Don ask me, but is lik very seldom sell... coz not gd to use i think. put inside the cervix there, n must use wif spermicide lor... is jus blockin the entrance to the fallopian tubes where the egg is lor.
  
  Think the injections so not bad lor... should be one of the best option after the pill lor... but got a few different type so lor... dunno la... if really want know more, can go polyclinic see doc... they got those family plannin clinic thingy... can last lor, but say mayb wks to mths...
  
  As to the pill hor, also different types lor... different people got different reaction to it lor. some say stop liao, make them fat, some ok, some become more pretty, some thin....

  oral pills is best la. can shoot inside some more. no need to withdraw when going to shoot. also the feeling is nice when 'him' still inside me after he shoot.
  
  its the 'happiness' feeling lor. shoot outside cannot get. its like a process not completed.
  
  the hug with him inside completes me.

  i still think injection is better.. because oral pills you need to take everyday.. but for injection.. u just need to go for injection once every three months...
  and it is cheap..

  all contraception comes with sides effect ... for depro shots, you may suffer from depression ... so do be careful what which ever contraceptive you choose to practise. Different body react differently too...
  
  Heard of the patch ?? It's a small square stick on contraceptive patch which you gotta change every 2 weeks or something .... so no pills no injection ...
