He forced girl who ditched him to dig own grave
THE jilted 17-year-old handed his ex-girlfriend a shovel and said: 'Get out, start digging.'
On that hot Saturday afternoon on Feb 7, he supervised as she dug what he told her would be her grave.
It was not the first time the student had driven his 18-year-old ex-girlfriend to the patch of bush in Jandakot, Perth, and threatened to kill her, reported The Australian.
But this time the 18-year-old woman had brought along personal trinkets and photos of family and friends, believing she was going to die.
'I really don't know how to explain it but I was terrified and couldn't breathe properly,' she told police.
The boy was sentenced to a year in detention yesterday after pleading guilty to threatening to kill, deprivation of liberty and assault.
THREW ROCK AT HER
During the nine-hour ordeal, he forced his ex-girlfriend into the grave twice and threw a rock that narrowly missed her head.
Her ordeal ended only shortly after 8.15pm, when a passerby intervened after seeing the boy holding her in a headlock.
Still, she told the Perth Children's Court that her ex-boyfriend was 'a nice person'.
The teen had recognised his anger problems and sought help, the court was told.
At one point last year, he was taking sedatives, anti-depressants and drugs for attention deficit disorder, but he stopped taking all medication in January this year.
In sentencing the boy, the judge told him: 'In my view, you are not as remorseful as you should be.'

True... happened to me more than once... I'm nice to a women I'm dating and she sees other people behind my back.. then when I find out and breakup, they become so nice to me.. The more i push them away and lose interest in the relationship, they harder they try to hold on....
