  I'll never ask such qn to any gals so thought I posted it here, just curious
  to know.....
  
  always seen sanitary pads advert that it won't leak or displace, even if
  u jump, run, do sports and maybe swim somemore, so damn good meh ?
  
  can the gals here shed some light..............esp how our olympic gals

  pads will leak 1 lor... no 100% guarantee 1. the person in the commercial not having men 1 la so of cos can jump n hop la.

  defintely will leak. they will not keep changing their design in the pad if they claim it can prevent leakage. Unless wear a diaper or else never will be possible. Tampon is a better option to prevent leakages but it does leak too.

  of course can wear tampon for swimming. just change a fresh one before swimming. Even on days with heavy flow, just wear the higest absorbency one will do. quite safe.
