I dont really have a fomula to share...but I think it has got to do with your position in the company...the car you driving...and also the way you carry yourself infront of the "target"....
like I mentioned before...fresh grad and new colleagues are the best target.....when they are new...they are always looking for someone to guide them through,...and this will give you the opportunity to strike a conversation with them secretly......what I like to do is to send them a short email to welcome her....and follow by....."do you have a personal email address"?..the best if she has MSN...so you can chat during working hours...after that you can move into her private space by asking for her h/p number...if she give you...chance are she is not attached...
....from there on, i dont think I need to tell you what to do.......
but I always make it a point to move in after a few drinks...and this is when things start to losen up abit......good luck....
