Hi guys..
Was just wondering, how do i get birth control from doctors. Do i hav to go to some specialist or any neighbouring clinic will do? Can anyone tell me from experience, issit awkward? haha, i'm abit paiseh leh..

Anyone tired any form of Bith Contol Pills/ Patch, can share some experience? Thank you..

just visit a gynae. -
if cost is a concern.. then polyclinics oso can.. they do provide advices and of coz the pills/injections/patches.. whatever.

see a female doc if u intending to go to a neighbourhood doctor since its cheaper..
go to a gynae if u r prepared to spend more on consultation ....

U can go to any poly clinics... The cost is affordable, n they provide counsellin... Kinda of... To let u know more about birth controls and wat is suitable for u...
There are basically many times of birth controls...
The most common ones being condoms... No need to say, i m sure u know bout it...
Pills:
It mus be prescribed by a doc... The pills works by... When u takin the pills, ur ment will not come... so u tak it for 3 wks... once u stop at the 4th wk, ur mens will come... There are mainly 2 different types of pills if i not wrong... For some, got side effects, some no... Varies... Some says put on weight, become slimmer, prettier, uglier....etc... Different people, different, but mainly don have... U got to try out the diff pills, then see which is more suitable...
Injections:
It is injected about 3mthly... Into the buttok area... U go poly clinic, then got to go see doc... then go for the jab... etc... Not very ex so... All the cost at poly clinics quite reasonable de...
IUD: Intra-uterine device...
Is a small u shaped device, inserted by a doc into ur uterus... beyond the vagina tat area... Then will have a thread hangin out, to confirm tat the iud is still in place... This is done durin when u have ur menst... about 3rd dae lik tat... But not recommended for those who haven give birth, coz... it is most likely to irriate the uterus, resultin in infections...
Another is the natural or rhythm method.... MOst dangerous so...
It works by avoidin sexual intercourse on the fertile period, or the so called most likely to get pregnant period...
Say ur first dae of menst is considered day 1... then it ended around dae 5... then dae 14, is consider ovulation day, where by the ovary releases the ovum or egg... so durin tis phrase, high possiblity to get pregnant... day 11 to day 17... fertile, avoid sex...
In lay man terms, sexual intercourse rite after u have ur menst few days, and rite b4 ur mens start is considered not so dangerous...
Another way to see is the vagina discharge... If it is thick, least likely to pregnant... If thin, watery eg, most likely to get pregnant...
But tis method super dangerous!!! BEst not to use...
U can go polyclinic, n find out more lor... They got a family plannin clinics, where the nurses there can guide u to the best method... Can assure u is notthin embrassin, coz everythin is kept strictly confidential... N tat mainly the nurses there all gals... N all tis things nowadays very common...
So mayb the best is pill, or mayb condoms, or the injection... -

I have a question, if i only use them for 1-4 months and stop and then after awhile use them again, is it ok? Or do i hav to use them on a longer term basis?
If I go to polyclinic, do i simply ask the doctor for birth controls? Will he ask me why and all these, haha. I'm alittle paiseh~ -

U go polyclinic, mayb u can fix appointment wif them first la... Is quite obvious the re for gettin birth control hor... So i don think much questions will be asked... Mayb u will be talkin to the nurse 1st about family plannin aka birth control methods... Tell u all the pro n cons, etc... Then refer u to doc, to prescribe, etc... Nothin to be pai seh bout ba... -

other condom cover whole dick
but some scared this condom will slip off in the vaginal
