i received complaints from forumites tt Hobbit jus copy and paste news report into Bar, where ppl can go and read on their own if they want.....
i understand that Hobbit is jus highlighting to us the heartland happenings but some forumites dun think the news reports make valid discussions...
so, dearest Bar supporters.....
u think we shd allow Hobbit to continue his pastings? -
No need to go to the extent to ban him. Just advise him to keep to a limit. Say erm, how about a sticky thread for him to paste everything in?

people can choose whether or not to read stuff others post ma.
As long as he dun spam i dun see any harm done to anyone lah. But sticky post mayb good idea. -

Think it is fair to tell him instead of juz ban....he may think it not harmful juz that ppl doesn't like it...
1) Educate (include info person by mod)
2) 1st Warning (include posted warning to person + email)
3) Close thread (if doesn't work after 1st warning to person)
4) 2nd Warning + Close thread
5) 3rd Warning + Ban limited period (1-2 days)
6) 4th Warning + Ban limited period (1 week)
6) 5th Warning + Perm ban unlimited period...

Hobbit should stop his nonsense. Sometimes when I boliao enter bar to look for cheap laughs then see 50% of the posts are from him, I sian half liao then just leave.
