Unforutnately, yes there is a good chance that she may get pregnant.
When you are arosed, your prostate gland will secrete a fluid that will neutralise your pee tube to make it a hospitable place to transport the sperm cells. That explains for the little wetness round the tip everytime.

to get her pregnant, u need ur sperm to unite with AT LEAST one of her egg. Since the egg is not located at or near the labia region, it is not possible for your sperm to hit the egg. Even if the small drop of clear liquid dat is produced sub-consciously during the process, if u didn't shoot, it won't have the energy to propel itself further into the shaft cos it needs work to be applied to it for it to move. newton's law states 'object at rest remain at rest', therefore, it will remain where it is and will even slide out due to force of gravity when the gal is standing up, assuming frictional force to be much lesser than MA, where M=mass of sperm and A = 9.81m/s*s, therefore putting frictional force to be 0.

Incidentally, when a girl has an orgasm, the muscle contraction together with the secretion of fluid actually helps the sperm cells move upwards.. the contraction is actually in an upward motion.
Now how many sperm cells do you think there is in each ejaculation??? 10, 20 sperms?? 1 million? no not even close... try several hundred million. so each drop of pre-cum so to speak already carries with it hundreds of thousands of sperm cells... yes much of the fluid will bec of gravitry flow out but that does not mean that there arent any left within and aided by the favourable conditions to swim upwards... yes there are chemical signals within to tell the sperms where to swim to... and all you need is 1 after all that is what you are made of 1 sperm and 1 egg... how luck do you feel??
