  hey my current gf is 19 too,
  
  i can say they go for more mature guys at that age, I knew her since she was 18, she cant stand boys who havnt entered NS - too childish for her liking.
  
  I guess in financial terms, the older male here wins, we got stable jobs, housing, cars, plus virtually no parental intervention in our lifes, girls find guys with the independence attractive i gather
  
  I oso find its easier to coax the 19 yr old into doin stuff than when a younger guy tries to do the same, the girl would view the mature guy as a pillar of confidence and trust him completely - juz my POV...
