Errr just a word of caution here ya... sleep or no sleep drunk or no drunk... unless she consents otherwise it would still be molest or rape depending on wat you do.
So if you and her are not in a on going sexual relations which is what I gather from what you said... then touching her can amount to molest... and yes, people do rouse from their sleep pretty easily and even people who had drinks do actually remember and know things... so why risk loosing her friendship and risk a criminal act by thinking about this?? -
