help i wanna know will my friend go to jail if he have touch a 13years old girl ( V )????he told me he sleep with her and he touch her and kiss her takeing off her bra and so on and for fore~~~~but he did not have sex with her...i ask him did he put his fingers in he say no .... but now the girl is telling everyone in her school and i heard that her dad had call police deal to her running away from home when she is with him...what will happen ??? and i am worry that i will be in this case too cos......they did it in my house!!! pls help!!!! -

confirm ur frenz on losing end on the case. as for you, if u r the one who knew he was gonna use ur place, u may be also involved. Main thing for your frenz is to come out w excuses the girl made the first moves or so.

U open door->Friend come in->U went to sleep->Next day found out this thing happen...end story.
If not, next time build a Guard House infront of your doorstep 24x7x365. Take down IC, Guest Name , Purpose on staying and so on.... -

From my past experinece....
If there is no penetration, its ok. Hugging, kissing, caressing a minor is not a crime unless it was not consented. Than its call molest. Your friend should be fine if they did not have sex and your friend did not force her. If the girl like "roti Prata" - turn here turn there about the true, than hard to say. Always tell the true and say no, you did not force her during interrogation because you really did not do it. -
