  Is it true that the vagina area will sag as you age or after child birth?
  Is it a very big turn off?
  Any preventions or remedy when that happens?

  I guess you mean if it will be overstretched and be bigger
  
  There are surgical correctives you can do to it, mainly by sewing the hole smaller....

  yes its true. the lips will get elongated as u age. some suspect that it is the effect of gravity and also older people skin is loose compared to young people. guys' balls will sag too due to the same reason
