1. They are fake!
2. It looks ugly!
3. Cannot breasT feed children after giving birth!
(breasT fed kids are smarter and develop brain capabilities even better)

It depends on where the incision was cut during breaSt augmentation surgery and whether the milk ducts were cut. If it was cut, then chances are slim.
Also another concern is whether silicone will leak into the mother's milk. But the chances of this happening is low. -
