  Hmmm....nowadays quite rare to see those big cabs..BTW when were they introduced by TIBS? The rego starts wif SHB1Z am i right?

  SHB 1Z is a Toyota Crown operated by SMRT. The London taxi once occupying the rego has since been scrapped. I've seen a privately-registered London taxi once along the roads! SDE rego plate. Dark green in colour, if memory doesnt fail.

  Taxi have a COE lifespan of 8-9 yrs unlike SBS/ TIB rego that is 17 yrs

  from the website, SMRt says the taxis can be hired for wedding purposes at $588.

  Current booking: $8
  Advance booking: $16
  
  Hourly charter at $45/hour
  
  Pickup/ Depart from Airport at $39 nett.
  For Arrivals, Cabby will display passengers name on a platecard at the respective arrival belt for airport arrival transfer, flight number is to be given.
  
  Additional $12 per transfer/hour during midnight from 0000 hours to 0600 hours is applicable.
  
  Additional pickup/drop-off point : $10.00 per stop and such stops must en-route to the final destination.
