However, a fourth entity pulled out and left the market bereft of one player. Is there any likelihood someone will come along and ask for the unsold licence? I hope Woodlands Transport does, and puts a full fleet of Cedrics out on the road. If they do so, they will be having freight, bus and taxis under one roof. Nobody has ever attempted that.
