For Comfort or Yellow-Top taxi drivers , when meter never press , our "On-Call" machine will " Ti-Ti-Ti" , "Ti-Ti-Ti" , signalling he's bidding a booking job !
The bidding will only stop when the meter is pressed ! -

If the drive forgot to press the meter, he should accept the fare which is much lower then usual. That is his problem. By right, we pay according to the meter. Since the meter shows what, then we pay what. He can't do anything.
