Who's hiding ?

  5.45am , still got midnight 50% charge , commuters hide until 6am then take taxi !
  
  Then Before 7.30am commuters rush for taxi , meaning rushing to "on-Call" taxi b4 7.30 am , after 7.30am ..... hide
  
  Then after 9.15am , commuters hide , because of $1 peak hours , take taxi after 9.30am . no $peak hr
  
  Don't know if commuters hide , we complain who ?

  the 5.45am 50% charge really bad le.. once i called advance booking for 6am, cabby came at 5.45.. kns i blur blur take the cab and the meter jump like mad! now i advance book cabs at 6.15am
  
  for those peak period $1, well, sounds absurd.. those commuters too poor to pay $1 extra?
