The answer is , cabby collect too much dollar notes each day , no time to have a proper "money-management" , so when got free time , like waiting for light to turn green , take the notes out , arrange a bit , so that the money won't drop on the floor next time when they open the door .
$ometime really bu$y until the dollar note$ very messy one .
A stack of $2 , $5 , $10 , $50 , or even $100 crumble into one packet , will drop one know . -
