why no taxi stop for me?

ytd around 650 pm, i was at this taxi stand next to katib mrt station
i saw close to 6 taxis zoom pass me, w/o stopping.. change shift?
and 2 stupid idiots... went to flag the taxi just before the taxi stand despite the fact that there are ppl queueing up at the stand...
what is a taxi stand for if no taxis stops for passengers when there's someone waitin in the queue?

i can wait at taxi stand for half an hr..also no taxi come in..
those come in are those dropping passengers.
btw..i think got conspiracy between taxi and fone companies
their fone line are always down at about 9+ 10+..
den if u manage to call thru...you have to wait very long till someone answer yr call....if someone ans yr call..u got to wait very long till u got your cab (that is if u are lucky) -

and yeah. Q at taxi stand higher chance of getting a cab, than standing on the road.
theres a law saying its illegal if you flag taxi within 50m of a taxi stand -
I have met before people keep walking more and more infront if there is another group of people flagging a taxi infront of them..
