A normal taxi without booking , going to Punggol alone via CTE - TPE = $12.00 , now plus Sengkang and Hougang he offers $12.66
, $17 more ideal , realistic .
P/S ; excluding jam at Moulmein , if Moulmein jam , must top another $2.00 .
