Timings

  jus now i call cab at 11.02pm (triple-checked with watches and hps of 2 colleagues)......booking fees is $4 for comfort......then i bey gam wan.....call to cancel......then try SMRT.......wait very long for operator......then wait again for cab lumber.....booking fees $3.60.....clocked @ 11.06pm
  colleague calling citycab/comfort.....oso $4 booking fees....
  
  so i lan lan lah.....not i gey gao the few cents...
  so reach my house liao then i ask the driver how come i call after 11pm and must pay peak hrs bookings fees....he show me his screen......booking made @ 11pm.......i told him cannot be lah....i got check watch.....confirm is after 11pm liao.....
  
  then he say this week got other ppl complain oso....ming ming call after 11pm they oso kena the peak hour booking fee charge....
  the uncle say maybe the satellite timing....
  but bo kor leng all cab co. oso like tt mah.....
  
  mai bluff me ok.....i everyday cabber.....
  
  so can i complain?
  
  smrt booking fees for off peak is $2 leh
  i lugi $1.60 ok

  Before you confirm the cab , at the end of the message , you'll hear this : " booking fee is $4 " , if u dun agree on this $4 , just hang up the phone , or cancell job lor .
  
  And dial again lor , until it's $2.50 .
  
  I never got complain about timing leh , for many months liao .
  
  I only got complain , customer told me they waited for 30 minutes , still no cab , once they call and hanged up the phone , i reached liao .

  SMRT ? Call them for refund lor , they have this refund policy .

  i confirm i call after 11pm liao......
  dunno wat the call centre clock is doing.....
  so why shd i hang up and call again, esp when it's so difficult to get a cab lumber?

  no le.. the booking charge/ times is same for comfort n SMRT..
  
  avoid SMART cab though.. more complicated

  and im ok with smrt except no have the speedcall
  but sometimes oso cannot get cab

  no leh , maybe for me , once the clock is 2300hr , i not interested in the call liao , waste time and effort . So no chance to heard complaint , my control centre colleague already took notice of this issue .
  
  If the problem still exist , try complaint directly to Comfort feedback hotline on top of the receipt .
