Kan ni na , somemore Speed-Call , no destination , if got , i never take this call .
I got asked her : " Miss , why don't call operator , tell them 4 places ? "
They know i sibei dulan liao ......
Kan ni na , we earn $28 an hour , kana one journey like that lugi $6 dollars or more , also one hour .
That's why cabby don't like 2 places or more .
Customers wo hua , we bo hua one .
One lesson i learnt last night : " Never take Marina Square Booking " . -

Deliver roti is a term we cabby used when like those Gardenia Bread van , they deliver their bread store-by-store . So this term appropriate to use when u all want to go various destinations .

LoL I usually go two places leh, but not so jialat la, usually it's Sembawang and Woodlands. Damn near so I don't think the drivers will kaobei.

Actually what's make me dulan is , i really don't mind if soon-soon the customer drop at road-side or bus-stop , then i proceed the next one .
Kan ni na , must go into the car-park la , turn left turn right la ...... stop at rubbish chute la , then i need to 3-point turn la , then go thru the car park again , for 4 times .......
One car-park 5 minutes , 4 car parks 20 minutes , 20 minutes cabby can make $7 u know ? -

Customers are always right, if you show attitidue to them, they can complain you to CASE.
Booking of cab and travel more than 1 destination is not the customer's fault, is the operator's fault for not asking clearly. You might want to phone them and scold them later.
At night especially MS is quite hard to wait for cab, it is not a problem of wo hua or bo hua question. If they really want to save that pathetic money, why bother taking cab? Walk home better right?
They take cab and travel to 4 place is for their convenience, and have companion on their journey home.
This is your job to deliver customer and send them to their destination, since you choose this line, respect it. -

I think as the cab driver, we also need to have empathy for the customers. If the cab driver becomes the customer here with 3 friends outside, then when about to go home to these 4 destinations, do you think personally you guys will also share a cab? Or will you be kind hearted to the cab drivers and each person take a cab back individually? It's not only more expensive that way, but it also means that have to wait for 4 different cabs. Realisticly speaking, what the customers did is quite logical, although it's abit tulan for you. It's also good for you to vent your frustrations here, so it won't built up coz if not skali next time the cab driver ask the customer to alight in the middle of PIE.

Its all give and take lah....4 locations I think too much lah...2 locations I think is reasonable. Some customers just think their money bigger than bull cart wheel. Pay abit of money expect to be treated like a king. I say, u treat the service provider with reason, they will have no reasons to treat u badly.
