Do you know , base on our taxi booking policy , if one customer book a cab to go to one place , eg , Double O , and last minute , change location to Punggol eg , that particular cabby can reject the customer even when the customer is on board the taxi ?
Just now a customer called my cab to go Double 0 from Raffles City , she came on board and said change to Punggol , and i quickly ask my control room , how ? My control room ask me whether i want to go Punggol or not , i say no , , so my control room change a taxi for her .
Too bad , i am just following my company's instruction .
My Tips : Use Speed Call !
Speed Call taxi driver cannot say no to any location , don't say i not nice never tell you people .
But I find for speedcall, usually no one wants to accept the job.
Also, I find it extremely pissy that for Comfort the telephone call system don't allow you to bypass all those stupid msgs to go straight to the operator
