Hyudai Sonata

  Anyone got any idea how high fuel consumption Hyundai Sonata can be. It's auto. i am thinking of getting one but fear the fuel consumption.

  sorry i mean the new Sonata Taxis. It cost $103 (include GST) , about $10 more than a new crown cab. Don't know is it worth taking one cos I worry about the fuel consumption.

  what i know it's slightly cheaper than Toyota Crown 3.0L , currently Crown per 10km is about $0.81 , Sonata is about $0.70 per 10 km ..... cos Sonanta has a smaller cc ....
  
  All cost come back to SQ1 , Sonanta , if u can get , get it !!! Automatic ma , Crown manaual gear , u know ? Comfort currently long-Q ... i enquired about it , still think Merc Cab is more worth it .
  
  One of my senior will be given the new Sonata once his aged Crown's going to scrap , he might decline to take the offer , cos he worried about the cost of general spare parts , spare parts like signal covers , bumper cost , mud-guard cost , cos it very cheap for a Toyota Crown spare parts , Korean spare parts is more costly .

  saw 2 new hyundai sonata taxis today. spotted one with rego SHC 3xxx at selegie road and another one, SHC 3927 X at tan tock seng hospital

  heard that SMART cab brought in Kia Magentis cab

  Euro IV cabs now includes VW, Kia, Hyundai, Camry.. and the premium cabs Skoda, Mercedes, Maxim London etc..
  
  comfortdelgro even commented that $2.50 flag down is gonna be history.. lesser crowns and cedrics...
  the euro 4 crown can only come out in 2008, but CF-DG already ordered so many sonatas

  The bright yellow livery makes the cab "stand out" from the crowd...Seen it twice around my area

  i heard the sonata cabs have an extra 20c flag rate. like. you pay more if you flag this kinda cab.

  I th0t the flag d0wn rate of the Hyundai is $2.80? Only the Cr0wn and Cedric now is $2.50..others all $2.80..but SMART's CNG Merc cab is $3.00..Merc cab drivers say the Merc E220 CDi's fuel consumption is even less than the Crown or Cedric..and since the Hyundai Sonata also uses a 2.0-litre CRDi commonrail turbodiesel engine, i bet it's fuel consumption is either the same as a Crown or even lesser..haha..
